The last time I dieted and failed, I truly believed that I would never be able to achieve my normal BMI. The helpless feeling had affected every part of my life, including my marriage, my relationship with my kids, and my performance at work. It was so difficult for me to understand my weight program; after all, I had lived a very healthy active life in high school and college. And after getting married and having two children, I have never been able to shake off the weight I’ve gained.

Once I understood my metabolism type, I was able to determine which foods are better for me and which worse and cause the most weight gain. This is crucial because, with simple changes to my food choices, I was able to see some quick results without sacrificing my overall cravings for food that I enjoy. The Diet Solution tells you what foods you should avoid, including some “healthy foods” that I had been using to snacking on and what to replace them with. The accumulation of small changes in diet and smart planning has made my weight loss goals much easier to achieve.
What’s genuinely great about this program is that it is so comprehensive, it not only offers solutions on what to eat, but it provides an amazing sense of support, beginning with the quick start guide that was worth the price of the program alone. Even though, I’ve been on The Diet Solution for about four months now, I continue to use the quick start guide as a daily reference on how to plan, prepare, and cook my meals. Following the guide daily has led me to branch out on my own and pick and shop for similar foods that are tasty and healthy.
I’ve also gotten in the habit of keeping a journal of my eating habits and how I’m feeling each day – the achievement and the struggles. The journal that comes with the program is by far the most extensive one I have seen. It is what I continue to bring to work or when I’m out with my friends. Simply keeping the journal is a powerful tool to help me realize how much I am eating and when. Losing weight has been the most difficult challenge I have ever had to deal with in my life. It’s certainly been a lonely journey as well, that is until now, where I have continued to have the support and guidance using the program. Since, starting The Diet Solution, I have lost thirty five pounds and I have never been more motivated to continue. I would whole-heartedly recommend this program to anyone.
